Start with the exact reward
Look for the Technical Rising Battle Style for Izuku Midoriya (OFA), not just Deku artwork. A Roll may contain characters, Battle Styles and costumes. Those labels describe different rewards, and a familiar portrait does not establish which kit you receive.
Rising launched on October 14 during Season 19. The Deku variant guide helps distinguish it from base Izuku and the original Rapid OFA kit. If you are deciding whether its mechanics suit you, read the Rising skill breakdown before committing resources.

A five-check Roll checklist
Open the current Roll information in the game and make these checks:
- Reward name and type: confirm that the reward is Rising for Izuku Midoriya (OFA), with the Technical kit you intend to obtain.
- Full pool: verify that the reward is present in this particular banner. A homepage promotion is not the full item list.
- Individual rate: read the listed rate for that reward, as well as any distinct single-pull or multi-pull terms displayed. Do not borrow a percentage from another season.
- Point exchange: inspect the exchange rewards, required points and the banner’s expiry or carryover rules. A points balance has value only under the applicable terms.
- End time and budget: note the displayed deadline and decide a ticket or spending limit before making the first pull.
The community UltraRumble site lists Season 19 Roll notices, including the Midoriya OFA Alternative Roll. Use those notices to locate the event, then verify the live pool in-game. This guide does not claim that any arbitrary pull guarantees Rising.
Why the anniversary selector is different
The official Season 19 announcement describes anniversary selection events with a specific boundary: Battle Styles that appeared in Rolls through Season 18 are available for selection.
Rising is a Season 19 style. It therefore falls outside that announced selection pool. The fact that the selector and Rising exist during the same anniversary season does not make Rising eligible.
The announcement also distinguishes a selection event that guarantees one of eight chosen styles from a Hot Picks event that increases rates for selected styles. “Increased rate” and “guaranteed item” are different terms; read the exact event heading and details rather than treating both as a choose-one unlock.

What if Rising is missing from the pool?
Stop before spending on the assumption that it is hidden behind another reward. Check that the event has started for your game version and that you opened the intended Roll. If the exact style is absent, wait for an eligible pool or consult official notices.
Do not assume that owning another Izuku entry transfers a new Battle Style, or that a general character ticket includes a freshly released reward. Use the acquisition method and eligibility stated on the current reward screen. This is especially useful when an older guide uses “character,” “skill set” and “Battle Style” loosely.
After you obtain the style
Return to character selection and confirm the equipped Rising style and Technical role. Then practice the controls before taking an unfamiliar kit into a match: an unlock does not tell you how directional alpha input, beta charging or Fa Jin behaves.

Follow the three-step practice route for that first session. If the surrounding match rules are new too, start with the MHUR beginner guide.
